WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
You should expect to receive your package via standard delivery service within 2-10 business days to USA orders except federal holidays within the United States. All international orders can expect to receive your package via standard delivery service within 1-4 weeks. We charge different prices depending on the weight of your package.
If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the USPS, we are not liable/responsible to send a replacement package. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or un-deliverable addresses. If your package gets "resent" to us due to you mislabeling the proper address on the label, we will refund your for the package items but not the shipping. Contact your local USPS for package to be redirected.
Once the post office has delivered your package and a confirmation is shown online, our responsibility ends. We are not responsible for theft at the address you provided us. If the post office delivers a package to your address and you do not get that package you are free to file a report to the theft with your local post office. We will provide proof of delivery for your report. Please do not ask us to replace lost or stolen packages.
MY PALETTE WAS DELIVERED BROKEN, NOW WHAT?
All packages with palettes have insurance through USPS. You must go to the USPS website and file a damaged claim through them. If the claim is approved, they will refund you for the amount the package was insured for.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order please email as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been submitted.
